Pros: Accenture offers an incredible learning environment with opportunities to work on diverse projects involving cutting-edge technologies. As an Associate Software Engineer, I’ve had the chance to work with technologies like Python, Node.js, React, MongoDB, and AWS, which has helped me grow my technical skills rapidly. The company values collaboration and innovation, and there’s a strong support system to help you succeed in your career. The work culture is inclusive, and there are great opportunities for career advancement.

Cons: As with any large organization, the work can sometimes feel overwhelming due to the fast pace and high expectations. The work-life balance can be challenging at times, especially during project deadlines. However, the experience and growth opportunities are worth it in the long run.

Pros: They provide some amazing training to the freshers. The work environment is very good; I never felt any pressure while working. That is mainly because of my teammates and Team Lead.

Cons: The only con I see is that they don't give you developer roles at entry level.

Pros: Directly working with clients gives a lot of advantages in the future.

Cons: Work pressure is more in some of the projects.
