Pros: Skill development (as per customized project)
Provide transportation
At times, I felt that I could maintain a work-life balance.
Cons: No skill development as I worked for a customized project. I observed that the MVPs of the project were struggling to get a job in the outside world, as they were very less aware of the standard procedure.
* The higher officials were gender biased; they were giving more preference to girls/ladies. A typical IT company. (I suggest not to fall into the trap of gender equality by Accenture).

Cons: Too many meetings. Please reduce meetings.
