Pros: Accenture completely cares about its employees and their desires. While all companies are opening their offices, Accenture still gives its employees the choice for WFH.
Cons: I think this is not a perfect place to start a career, as learning was a little slower than elsewhere.

Pros: Firstly, there isn't any bond for freshers. Also, the notice period is just one month for a new joiner. The response from management and HR is really quick for any of your queries.
Cons: Few projects in Accenture don't have a scope for growth and internal shiftings.
