Pros: Accenture has very co-operative senior management.
The shift timing is convenient for all.
Further, it provides opportunities for employee's personal growth as well.
Cons: Some access levels should be added for contractors, as they deliver the same services as any Accenture employee does. In addition to this, contractors should be availed to some training programs.
