Cons: Accenture is really very poor, in fact, worst in planning for new recruits. They give you random locations in the country, which is okay as per standards. But within a city, they keep changing your location from one office to another, and they don't bother to tell you your next day's training location until a day or two before. Also, they allocate random technological skills. So, if you want to work on a specific technology in your career, postpone that dream for at least a year or two.

Pros: 1. Good Work Culture 2. Enough Fun Events, parties (depends on project too) 3. Very good technical trainings. You learn a lot. 4. Many development projects. You learn. 5. Many support projects. You earn (shifts). 6. Good career starting salary for freshers. 7. Onsite opportunity.

Cons: 1. Bench strength is too much. Those people really do nothing. 2. Poor work-life balance. Nine hours of work. 3. It's totally on your luck whether you get a dev project, support project, or bench. 4. For a fresher, you may get any technology.

Pros: Mentoring is excellent and best for freshers to start their career.

Cons: Service-based company and growth is very slow.
