Pros: I have heard there are better people here than at other Indian IT companies and MNCs. Good food and clean workspaces.
Cons: No creative work (only if you are lucky and not at all talent-based opportunities). Lots of politics. Central HR control over ratings is terrible. It seems like people do not care about creating cool/advanced software.

Pros: Very good working values and environment. Good conditions and opportunities to grow.
Cons: Wages could be higher, but when you level up, they raise them.
