Pros: 1. Decent salary, but not acceptable as the work done is more. 2. Company gifts. 3. Good hike. 4. Access to best resources for upskilling: Pluralsight, etc.

Cons: 1. Hiring process: You will get the analyst position for solving two programming questions and get 6.5 LPA. If not, you will get the associate position with a 4.5 LPA package. Even if you get promoted to analyst, you will be paid less than a hired analyst with no experience. 2. Avanade hires people who are basically required to work in Microsoft technologies. If they are working on other technologies, they will still have to learn Microsoft technologies that are irrelevant to their project. 3. A major con is techleap Fastrack promotion. They brought this for Associate Software Engineer, where they will give a paper for one technology. One paper will decide fast-track promotion. Avanade employees who are working on different technologies face a setback here. People doing more work and contributing more, if failed in the exam, will not be fast-track promoted. However, the one who came later with not much contribution to the project, if passed, gets promoted.

Pros: Good learning experience in some projects. Accenture, as an organization, provides decent facilities.

Cons: 10 working hours on paper, but no remuneration for extra hours logged on a daily basis. This can go up to 16 hours at times. It doesn't matter how talented and hard-working you are; your manager might still report you as a redundant employee by stating stupid reasons. This creates a highly insecure job environment. Promotions are purely on the basis of relations with your manager.

Pros: Big Company and nice to grow.

Cons: Big company, so not so flexible.
