Process

First Round Overview: The initial stage is a cognitive and technical evaluation administered online, either at individual colleges or during pooled campus placement drives. The assessment is divided into two key components:

  1. Assessment Structure: This section evaluates core competencies through:
  • Aptitude and Reasoning (numerical, logical, and abstract problem-solving)
  • Verbal Ability (language comprehension and communication skills)
  • Proficiency in common software applications (e.g., MS Office)
  • Pseudo-code analysis (interpreting and debugging algorithm-based scenarios)
  • Foundational IT concepts (networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing principles)
  1. Coding Test: Candidates must solve two programming questions covering topics ranging from basic data structures to advanced algorithms (e.g., greedy methods, dynamic programming). Complexity varies, but completing at least one question successfully is mandatory to advance.
