Process
There were two panel members: one was an HR representative and the other was an engineer. They were very interactive. Firstly, they told me to relax, then they asked me to introduce myself. After I completed my introduction, they asked me to describe my project and then asked situation-based questions, as I had mentioned in my introduction that I am a good leader.
