I applied online and the process took around 1 month. It had 4 rounds, with the last one being an interview. It was a tech interview, but the interviewer seemed uninterested. So, it all depends on your luck! If you get a good interviewer, then voila, because I have seen many people stating that their last round was mostly HR.
