Pros: Whichever project you get into, work life is good. You will have enough time to manage your personal life and work life as well. The work cycle isn't hectic.
Cons: They will not keep your side during your hard times, like COVID. They just sue you off the company randomly.

Pros: In the team I was on, I didn't experience any toxicity.
Management was also supportive of additional learning outside of work (joining contests, hackathons, etc).
A lot of opportunity to learn via Udemy and other trainings.
Lots of room for career growth.
Company initiatives to be more connected even if working remotely.
Can join groups for extra-curricular activities (Investing, DevOps, Cloud, etc).
Cons: Tedious time trackers
Small pay raise
10-hour workdays (including 1-hour lunch)
