Pros: 1. The work environment is very good.
2. My company is located in Hyderabad, which makes it very easy for me to live here, as Hyderabad is the best place in India.
Cons: 1. Salaries should be based on talent level.
2. The timings are hectic if we get onsite projects.
3. Sometimes we need to work even on weekends.
