Pros: Work-life balance is fine. Brand name is good, especially if you plan on going abroad; it gives you an advantage. On-site opportunities are good after a year or so, if you happen to be in a good project.
Cons: Pay is on the lower side. Work can get pretty hectic, even for new joiners if you volunteer to do a lot. A lot depends on the team and the manager.
