2. High performance is expected from all, so it's good to learn and accept challenges to make your career shine.
Cons: Accenture, in recent days, is becoming a political giant. Managers, team leads, and HR are all there to play with the career of an employee. Various facilities are given in favor of the employee, like grievance requests. But in the end, they give decisions in the court of managers.
