Pros: Good starting company for fresh graduates.

Cons: Human resources' slow hiring process.

Pros: We will regularly get a bonus. Friendly nature.

Cons: Politics among teammates is very much

Pros: Accenture is known for its strong focus on innovation and professional growth. I have had the opportunity to work on important projects in various industries, which helped me to build skills and grow in my career. The company operates globally, allowing me to work with diverse teams and clients, enriching my professional experience. Accenture is also committed to diversity and inclusion, making sure all employees feel valued and included.

Cons: Working at Accenture can be demanding, with long hours and high pressure to meet deadlines. This can make it hard to maintain a good work-life balance. The large size of the company might also make it difficult for new employees to navigate its complex structures. Although there are many chances for career growth, moving up the ladder can be competitive and slow, requiring a lot of effort and sometimes strategic networking.
