The workload is manageable.
They have a lot of support job roles for freshers. However, if you ask for development work and are lucky, you might get more development.

Pros: You definitely have perks working in an MNC.
Cons: While being a software engineer, you were pushed to work on the L1 support system and attend calls and greet because you were a fresher.
