Cons: 1. Competition is tough, as promotions and hikes depend on peer reviews. 2. You get almost no say in anything at the fresher starting level. 3. You might sometimes feel lost in a sea of people, because there are 2 lac plus employees here.

Pros: Good to work and better learning exposure.

Cons: Work-life balance is not up to the mark.
