Pros: Reasons why you have to apply and work at Accenture are:
* They will help you to improve yourself in the field you choose.
* They also provide you with free boot camps and training where you can learn new things and gradually step on your milestones.
Cons: I don't find anything negative about this company. As long as you follow their instructions carefully, your time won't be wasted.
If you are applying to this company, you should ask for a referral for an easier application process.
