Pros: Exposure, feel of a big corporate house, interaction – that's it.
Cons: Mismanagement - You will feel like you are working in a govt. company. Such mismanagement that one department doesn't know the complete information about another.
Less career growth - I don't know if you are put up in Testing, then there are high chances that you will end up, even after 3 years, working in "Pure Manual Testing".
