Pros: Good work culture, relaxed job in terms of hours and work both. Good parties.
You will get discounts everywhere if you're an Accenture employee.
Most important is their online and classroom training. I explored their training sites while on bench.
Cons: It hires a huge number of employees, where indirectly you lose your identity. I think it is good to join Accenture after some years of experience in a decent startup where you can get more to explore.

Cons: If you get a support project, you are stuck until you are promoted to SE.

Cons: Managers like politics (within their team).
