Associate Software Engineer Interview Experience - India
Process
You can expect a 5-6 month long interviewing/hiring process.
My initial interview was at the end of November, the technical interview was two months later (in early February), and the situational interview was at the end of February.
The last interview with the manager was scheduled for the end of March.
You can add an additional 3-4 weeks for the background check, and another 2-3 weeks until you get the offer.
So that makes 5-6 months!
Slowest hiring process in the corporate world.
My advice - don't deal with Accenture.
