Pros: Exposure, feel of a big corporate house, interaction – that's it.
Cons: Mismanagement - You will feel like you are working in a govt. company. Such mismanagement that one department doesn't know the complete information about another.
Less career growth - I don't know if you are put up in Testing, then there are high chances that you will end up, even after 3 years, working in "Pure Manual Testing".

Pros: In the first month of joining the company, it feels good with the training given at 5-star hotels, and also the project has some good and challenging tasks.
Cons: People at the higher level are not that good or sophisticated.
Promotion is not a tough job if you are good at licking the boss's right hand.

Pros: It has its own pros and cons. The environment and learning are good.
Cons: When coming to cons, it's totally dependent on which project you're working in. Few projects are hectic and do overtime work.
