Cons: Freshers won't be having much choice.

Pros: Learn new tech. Good team. We can share our thoughts. Our ideas value most. Increase responsibility.

Cons: No cons. No issues. No stress. No egos. No issue.

Pros: Very good infrastructure. Very good facilities. Very likely to work in that environment. We can settle down permanently if the managers are good.

Cons: Total power in Managers. They will ruin employees' careers and play with employees' lives. Blackmailing for PIP if you don't polish him and don't listen to his words. All managers joined as freshers and are still in Accenture. So they still have fresher-kind of minds. They don't have proper technical knowledge. They ask developers to do work in minutes. Really harassment for SE, SSEs. TLs are balls. Gambling games are going on once you enter into a project. Including specific project HRs, my DU Leads played. No use of managers in Accenture.
