Pros: * On-time salary payments
* Decent benefits
* Decent hours
* During the training period, you could probably skip work and no one would notice.
Cons: The email filtering system is crazy. You will get spammed by fellow employees all the time. I received a chain of emails that was 120 emails long, which was an argument about spamming.
No HR took action on time for the above.
Bad management.
