My interview process was completed. After one month, I received a waiting email, and after some weeks, I received an email saying, "We do not have any befitting role for you, but we will keep your resume for further opportunities." Then, again after one year, I received a call from Accenture. They said, "You were selected at that time, but we didn't have any role for you. Now we have a vacancy; are you ready to join?" Of course, I said yes, and she told me, "You will receive an onboarding email within a week."
Now, it's been 7, 8 months, and they have removed the "on hold" status from my application. What a worst, awful company I have come across as a fresher.
If anyone is giving an interview at this company, you can, but don't trust them, not at all.
It was not tough. Easy questions like about the project and HR questions, about the company.
