The first and second rounds were very easy. A minimum of 50% is the pass mark, I think. At the coding round, you need to complete only one question, which was also easy.

Pros: Diverse, multi-cultural.
Plenty of business areas to become a part of.
Many Employee Resource Groups for meeting people with similar interests and backgrounds.
Cons: No formal training for new hires to learn the business and what is expected of them.
Having to interview to get hired into Accenture, then interviewing again for each project you want to pursue.
Being on the "bench" as you wait, sometimes MONTHS, for a project.
People don't really know how to explain step-by-step how to do things.
No training per project.
