I recently went through the hiring process at Accenture, and I wanted to share my experience for other freshers considering applying.
The process began with an easy aptitude test, which also included two easy coding questions. This initial round was conducted through our college labs, making it convenient for us to participate.
Following this, there was an online communication assessment powered by AI, which tested our verbal communication skills.
Next, I had an online HR interview that lasted about 20-25 minutes. The interviewer asked me a variety of questions, including my hobbies, college projects, and challenges I've faced in life. Overall, I felt comfortable during the interview, and the conversation flowed well.
However, I struggled to answer a question about the company itself. I could only recall some points, which made me feel a bit unprepared. Despite this hiccup, I managed to convey what I remembered.
In summary, the Accenture hiring process is well-structured, and while it can be challenging, it also offers an opportunity to showcase your skills and experiences. I would recommend candidates to research the company beforehand to prepare thoroughly.
