Pros: Many benefits of a hybrid setup: SL and VL conversion, medicine reimbursement, WFH reimbursement, etc.

Cons: Overall, okay for me, but it's really a matter of luck with management.

Pros: Many benefits of a hybrid setup: SL and VL conversion, medicine reimbursement, WFH reimbursement, etc.

Cons: Overall, okay for me, but it's really a matter of luck with management.

Cons: As a fresher, you can't choose your skill and project as well. You should be lucky where you qualify for work and don't end up in support. Salary hikes are not so good.
