Pros: For the working environment, it depends on you and your teammates.
Competitive salary, paid leaves, great HMO, 13th month pay, Christmas bonus.
Cons: I was a fresh graduate when I got this job. I didn't know what track I should be going; I was quite confused at that point, and all I was thinking was to have a job after college. I saw the job title, and it was Associate Software Engineer. Sounds good, right? But the job description was vague. All I knew was that I'd be handling computer jobs. There was no specific program to be used.
