The year was 2011, and I'm just sharing this experience from more than a decade back. The hiring process included a computer-based exam (logic, math, English), if I still remember correctly. After the computer-based exam, there was an HR interview. Overall, the hiring process was completed in just one day, with the offer provided later in the evening.
