I applied on May 12, 2022 through an employee referral. I passed the initial screening, which was a simple GFORM questionnaire.

The virtual exam, also known as the Talegent exam, was hard for me since it's not their usual logical and abstract reasoning test. It's like a simulation where you will be given a situation and asked how you will handle it.

I got the passing result on May 17 and was endorsed to an HR interview the same day. It was an easy interview for me, just the usual HR questions.

Next step is your information/background verification through their online portal. This is very crucial as this will determine if you will move forward to the final assessment, which turns out to be the job offer (it was today, May 25)!
