- Free certifications
- Good and challenging coding bootcamp
- Nice employee benefits
Cons: In the project I was assigned, there was no proper knowledge transfer.
Long working hours.
Too many hierarchical levels.
No clear path (The role you get in a project is randomized. Sometimes it is not aligned with the bootcamp you took).
