Process

The selection process was completely virtual.

There were 4 rounds:

  • Cognitive and technical assessment (mandatory to clear this)
  • Coding round (if you cleared the cognitive and technical assessment)
  • Communication assessment (after 1 or 2 days of the coding round)
  • Technical and HR interview (after 1 or 2 days of the communication assessment)

The coding round and communication rounds were not elimination rounds, but you need to attempt them with your best. Don't take them casually. Many people who could not code even a single program were eliminated.

The interview was conducted by one technical person and one HR together.

My interview was totally based on Java, projects I mentioned in my resume, and the things I told in my introduction.

Overall, a very good experience!
