Worst company I have ever interviewed with.

Round 1: Cognitive. I had an accuracy of 70 plus questions out of 90.

Round 2: Coding. I executed 2 code with all test cases passed.

Round 3: Communication round (non-elimination round).

Round 4: Interview. Basic HR questions on projects. Waited in the lobby for 4 hours.

Rejected mail was:

Dear Candidate,

Thank you for your interest in pursuing a career with Accenture. After careful evaluation of your candidature, we regret to inform that we will not be able to proceed with your candidature, since your profile does not meet our eligibility criteria. However, we do encourage you to apply for other suitable roles. All the best for your future endeavors.

Reasons for rejection:

• I have 65 percent in B.Tech, 80 in 12th, and 76 in 10th.
• Maximum one-year gap allowed after 12th.
• Also, they sent me the link after 3 months.
