It has so many rounds. I personally didn't like the process, as even if you clear all the rounds, it is a possibility that you won't get a job. I personally feel the recruitment must be such that it should eliminate students before interviews. Only a few must go for the interview, not a whole lot. It is quite a discouraging and time-wasting process.
