I interviewed for the Associate Software Engineer role at Accenture and found the process structured and candidate-friendly.

It began with an online assessment covering cognitive ability, technical MCQs, and pseudocode logic, followed by a coding round with two problems focused on arrays, strings, and basic algorithms.

Next was a communication assessment testing fluency, grammar, and listening skills.

The final round was a combined technical and HR interview, where I discussed OOP concepts, SQL queries, and my academic projects, along with behavioral questions about teamwork and adaptability.

Overall, the experience was smooth, with clear instructions and a supportive interview panel that made the process feel professional and fair.
