The first round was an online test, which is an elimination round. The second round is the Communication round, and this is non-elimination. After the Communication round, there is only one TR/HR round, which was easy. Everything they asked was from my resume and HR questions. They will see overall performance in each and every aspect. After 10 to 15 days, I got the selection mail.
