Pros: Work culture is excellent.
Support is also good.
Great place to work.
Cons: It is a great place to work. It refers only to B.Tech guys who join as a fresher, and also for experienced persons.
Not good for a bachelor's degree guy to start with, as there are so many rule changes, and no one knows when they will make a new rule when it comes for your hike and promotion.

Pros: Can enjoy long tea, lunch, and snack breaks. Meet a lot of people in your training gift, with whom you become close friends. It's a people-oriented company; everyone is nice and supportive. People earn the most because of shift allowance.
Cons: Lots of formalities. If you are looking for a change in profile, or if you are looking to change your team within the same management.
