Process

The first round was a Cognitive and Technical Assessment, which was fairly easy.

Then came the coding round, which was a bit scuffed because the coding question was not described correctly.

Next, there was a communication round, which was of easy to moderate difficulty if you are fairly good at speaking English and understanding different accents.

I am waiting for the mail for the HR round.

Pros: Good to start your career with a known brand. While on bench, you can just relax. Learn new things and technologies.

Cons: Too many policy changes have made this company go from bad to worse. The nature of the company solely depends on your project. If your project is good, you are in luck, but if not, you are in hell. Salary hikes have decreased. In order to compete with other IT service-based companies, it is trying every way to compete, also by not caring about its employees.
