First, we had a cognitive assessment, followed by a technical assessment with two codes. It also included some MCQs for Excel.

Then there was the communication assessment and, finally, the interview. The interview was mostly relaxed and lasted 15 minutes.

They asked about your academics, projects, and your role in them, and an extempore on any topic for a few minutes.

No selection or rejection email was received even two weeks later.
