I applied through college or university. The process took 12 months.
Aptitude assessment followed by coding assessment, and lastly, HR/Technical interview. All of the assessments and interviews were virtual. The interview goes on for typically 20-30 minutes. All rounds are elimination rounds. The process is pretty simple and easy to follow and pass.
