Process

It was on campus. It consisted of 4 rounds.

1st round - Cognitive and Technical Ability Assessment This is an elimination round. This round consists of quant, verbal ability, logical reasoning, and pseudo-code questions. It also has some technical questions on topics like MS Office, Networking Security, and Cloud. The questions are of medium difficulty.

2nd Round - Coding Assessment After finishing the 1st round, they ask you to wait on the same screen for about 10 minutes. If you clear the 1st round, then only you are able to attempt this round. It is a non-elimination round, but the total score of all the assessments is considered for selection. This section consists of 2 questions, mostly on array and string manipulation. The difficulty level is easy to medium.

3rd round - Communication Assessment This is also a non-elimination round. In this round, they check your speaking and listening ability. You will hear some sentences and you have to repeat them. You will also hear some stories which you have to narrate. Also, they will ask you some simple questions which you have to answer in 1 or 2 words, and 1 or 2 open-ended HR questions, like "Do you prefer working or going out for a holiday on weekends?" No need to worry about this round. It is very easy; you just have to listen carefully and avoid fake accents.

4th round - Virtual Interview This is the final round and an elimination round. There are two panelists asking questions to a single person. Both technical and HR questions will be asked in this round, as it is the final round. The duration was about 15 to 20 minutes.
