Process
I basically took part in an on-campus placement of Accenture. There were mainly 2 rounds.
First is obviously the aptitude round. There was also a programming round after aptitude, but it was non-elimination.
Then there was an HR interview. They asked basic questions about you, like tell about yourself, your hobbies, etc. They basically want to check your personality and confidence level in the HR round.
