Pros: Benefits, joining bonus, WFH equipment, allowances.

Cons: Worst managers, HRs. Extra working hours more than 10. Project allocation and, mainly, the worst part is we always have to write assessments, starting from joining, i.e., technology training till stream training. They also give a choice to select a stream but don’t allocate that stream. We have to qualify each and every assessment in order to sustain the job. Like, technology training is given for 45 days, after which we have to qualify the assessment. After stream training, assessments will be given again, and we have to qualify 4 assessments. If not, you will be in danger. Job security is also worst. They don’t even value your words. If deployed in the right project, then okay; if not, you will be over. Also, if you try to speak against them, they will be threatening you, saying you will face several consequences. Even allowances are not given on projects, even though they have been had.

Pros: The work culture is good, and interactions with clients expose us to managing and delivering skills.

Cons: Scope for getting to work in new avenues.

Pros: Good to work for freshers.

Cons: You don't get to work from scratch on any project.
