My interview was scheduled on 20th December 2022. I joined, but the panel was not available, so they rescheduled my interview.

I got a call from a new HR again, and they scheduled my interview for today, i.e., 30th December 2022. But today morning, I got a call from another HR saying that my interview is again rescheduled for 6th of January 2023. Again, the previous HR is calling me and asking me to join the call for today, and I said I was unavailable. Then she dropped me the mail of opt-out, and my profile was put on hold.

There is no proper internal communication between the HR team. I am getting numerous calls from HRs for rescheduling the interview. I had confirmed my availability on emails, but there is no proper communication between the HR team, because of which I have to suffer. Also, there is no proper communication on calls; HRs directly dropped the calls.

I had the worst experience.
