EDIT: Today I got a call for a 1st interview again. On informing them about completion twice, asking to update my status, and asking about the offer letter, the Accenture recruiter said, "Go talk to Accenture, not me. Why should I do anything?" Truly scum of the earth.

This was a huge waste of time. I completed the whole process two times, and they said they would release an offer. Every time at this stage, they reset to the 1st interview. It's like an infinite loop.

I cleared their interviews and BGV, and they said they would send an offer. Their uncoordinated "team" had messed up, and during the HR interview, the technical interview panel showed up. Turns out they messed up even bigger; they set me up for a 1st interview by mistake. I cleared interviews and BGV again and was told they would send an offer soon for the second time. Two weeks later, they messed up again and are calling for a 1st interview.

Their recruitment is full of lies. The Accenture panel tells me to talk to the recruiter, and the recruiter tells me to talk to Accenture. Their candidate support contacts are dummy and don't work. Once a week, they call me to attend a 1st interview. When I inform them, they lie, saying, "Wait, we will talk to a senior and send an offer letter." Next week, the same call again.

Another big lie: they changed my application to Application Developer but want an Azure platform role to pay less. The timing was such that I could have taken back my resignation at my previous company, but I didn't because they lied about sending the final offer letter, and I ran out of time.
