Pros: Flexibilidad y beneficios, horarios flexibles, el ambiente laboral.

Cons: Sueldo poco competitivo, burocracia y, dependiendo del proyecto, un poco de desorganización.

Pros: There is a security within Accenture. If you don't perform well on a project, you can be allocated to another without the risk of being fired.

Cons: Very low salary. Depending on the project you end up on, there is high demand, pressure, and little tolerance for error. This is what happened to me while I was still a junior developer. The client interfered in Accenture's matters, such as requesting a medical certificate if you took sick leave. The client would track your clock-in and clock-out times. These are issues that Accenture should have blocked. If I am an employee, you are the one who deals with my bureaucratic work situations, not the client. Take care of your employees. I left, besides the low salary, because of the disorganization of the project I was on.

Pros: They pay for your gym membership at Megatlon or Gympass. They cover your internet payment. It includes benefits that you can include according to your level, such as benefits at supermarkets, tourism, institutes, and university. You receive constant training, you have a person who guides you to improve professionally, many courses according to your area of interest, and flexible hours. A part of your salary is in dollars (it's optional). You work from home.

Cons: It would be good to collect a larger portion of the salary in USD.
