It was a good experience interviewing with Accenture, but there was miscommunication regarding the job requirement. I am not sure whether the gap was between the project team and the manager who took my managerial interview; both gave me a different overview of the project. As per the technical interviewer, I would work as a cloud administrator, and the managerial interviewer told me that they would find a project for me after my joining.
Due to miscommunication about the project, I asked for more details about the project and work profile, but instead of giving an offer, I received a "better luck next time" email. I thought it was good that, instead of going into a dark well, they didn't offer me that job. From each incident, we learn something, and I learned to always ask for clear information regarding the job profile and type of work.
Will you work in night shifts and on operation projects?
