I was interviewed for a cloud architect role. There were two rounds for the same, which was great.
Both interviewers were gems of people and had great insight into their fields.
HRs were rude as hell, even threatened to cancel my candidature. This was despite a mismatch between the interview timings they mentioned on the call and what they shared over email (not talking about timezone differences).
After the two rounds were completed, I got a call stating the location and financials from HR once again, with rudeness at best. Eventually, when I politely asked them about my needed location and financials, she flat out said that she was sending me a mail with a link to their portal to view the offer letter and other documents. She advised me to accept it if I wanted to join and not if I didn't.
There was no middle ground or space for discussion allowed at all.
Later, I got a call from another male HR (probably less experienced but very considerate) who asked about my latest status. To him, I shared about getting an HR round for discussion. He said that he had added a remark for the same for future purposes.
Later, when I viewed my candidature status on their portal, the status had changed to "No longer considered for position."
Complete waste of time and energy.
Big name and nothing else.
Don't put high hopes on this brand if you get selected.
This is my experience. Three more of my friends had the same experience. Although they got selected, they ended up in "Not considered for position."
I would request the management to look into this, as this is very unprofessional and unethical towards employees who are trying their best to get to work for you.
