I applied online. The process took 4 months.
I applied and was quickly called for the first round, followed by the second round. However, the gap between the rounds took 3 to 4 weeks, causing major delays. After completing the final round, communication stopped entirely. It has now been 4 to 5 months with absolutely no reply, feedback, or official status update. The technical discussions were good, but the HR communication and candidate experience after the final round were very unprofessional.
